Where Do you ship?

We ship to all states in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at the moment. However, our goal is to bring Belange Handmade to the whole world, and we are working hard to do that.

How often do you ship?

Do you ship to a p.O Box?

Sorry, we don't. Because we ship with express carriers in many cases, we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box address.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on any order over $100.00 within the United States! Shipping charges will be updated at checkout.

How Long will my order take to arrive?

USPS time frame for delivery in California is approximately two business days, but we DO NOT guarantee 2-DAY delivery.
Orders placed during the Holidays can take extra time to process due to a high volume of orders. We appreciate your patience at this time!
USPS time frame for delivery in the United States is approximately four business days, but we DO NOT guarantee earlier delivery beyond 5-7 business days. Holiday orders excluded.
We apologize, as we do not offer express shipping at this time. However, should your order exceed the amount of $200.00, it will be shipped via complimentary priority mail. We will do our best to ship your package to you as soon as possible.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order by visiting www.usps.com.
Enter your tracking number in the search field (Please be advised: a tracking number is only sent to your email address once we have prepared your package for shipment and delivery).
Please allow 24-36 hours for your tracking information to be updated on the www.USPS.com site from when you receive your tracking information email from our team.

I haven't received my package, what should I do?
