Do you offer international shipping ? NO! We only do shipping within the United States.
How soon can I expect to receive my order? Depending on the complexity of the garment, we advise customers to expect their order within 3-5 business days. We ship all our packages through the United States Postal Service ( USPS )
Do you offer free shipping? Free shipping is offered on orders above $25.00
Cancellations & FAQ
What is the change/cancellation policy? If you need to make a change to a confirmed order, please contact us within 24 hours from receipt of your confirmation email.

Returns + Exchanges & FAQ
What is the Return Policy? If you ever find yourself unsatisfied with your order we gladly accept returns of unworn and unaltered merchandise within 15 days from the date of order delivery. The refund will be made in the original form of payment.
What if I fail to made my return within 15 days? At this point we will not accept any return.
Can I exchange products? We do not offer exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your garment(s), please return your item(s) and place a new order.

Do you keep my credit card information? WE DO NOT KEEP ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION! But we do keep you shipping information to send your packages.
Can customers pay in cash?
Being that this is an online business we primarily only accept electronic payments. We accept payments via PayPal; however, you can pay with your credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account. We would take cash in case of face to face transactions
CUSTOM ORDERS & FAQ
What if I want a personalized item? For custom orders, please contact our Fashion Designer Belange Mutunda at least TWO TO THREE MONTHS IN ADVANCE to ensure that you received a product of high quality.

Write “B H M Customs Order” in the subject area, and don't forget to introduce yourself. Regarding clothing items, have your measurements/ sketches ready to be attached in your email.
How is the payment made for custom orders? Payment will be collected though PayPal (https://www.paypal.me/belangemutunda) , CashApp ( $belangemtd) , or Venmo ( @belange_handmade) only. Cash will be accepted as well if you are a resident of Iowa.
Can I return a custom order and get a refund? Please, do understand that we a lot of work, time and effort is put to create for you a custom piece! Thus, no custom order can be returned or exchanged. Unless there’s a mistake on our end, we can figure out something in that situation.
