Do you offer international shipping ? We only offer shipping within the United States and Canada . But if you live abroad, contact us so we can work something out . ( International shipping rate starts from $50, and will not be free )
How soon can I expect to receive my order? Depending on the complexity of the garment, we advise customers to expect their order within 3-5 business days for ready-to-wear items. For custom order, give us 5-10 business days. We ship all our packages through the United States Postal Service ( USPS )
Do you offer free shipping? Free shipping is offered on orders above $65, and within the United States only
CANCELLATION & FAQ
What is the change/cancellation policy? If you need to make a change to a confirmed order, please contact us within 48 hours from receipt of your confirmation email.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES & FAQ
What is the Return Policy? ONLY READY-TO-WEAR ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED. If you ever find yourself unsatisfied with your order we gladly accept returns of unworn and unaltered ready-to-wear items within 15 days from the date of order delivery. The refund will be made in the original form of payment.

What if I fail to made my return within 15 days? At this point we will not accept any return.
Can I exchange products? We do not offer exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your garment(s), please return your item(s) and place a new order.
